What to do if you breakdown

If your vehicle breaks down you must call the relevant 24 hour rescue control center where trained staff will deal with your situation quickly.

If possible, Please have the following information to hand:

  • Your name and document number
  • The phone number (include area code) you are calling from
  • The location of the vehicle, including road names or numbers and landmarks
  • The registration number, make, model and colour

Please stay with your vehicle until a rescue vehicle arrives.
