Performance Direct was formed in 1995 and is part of Grove & Dean, a family run Chartered Insurance company.

Based in Essex, we employ over one hundred staff and offer customers a unique mix - the latest digital and App-based technology, backed by the knowledge and experience of a Chartered Insurance Broker. 

Because we're independent, we've developed a panel of over 100 insurance schemes from leading UK underwriters, offering clients the best policies at the lowest prices. And, for claims, we have an independent claims service available 24.7.365. Your Online Insurance Account, support features, and on-line quotations are available 24/7, and our office is open 6 days a week.
