Business Insurance - Business car insurance seekers might be keen on green Kia motor

Business car insurance buyers hoping to improve their company's carbon footprint this year might like to swap their old fleet for a more eco-friendly alternative.

And the new generation Kia Picanto - of which official photos have been released by the brand today (January 4th) - might be just the motor organisations are looking for.

According to the manufacturer, it comes with "class-leading CO2 emissions" and there are four all-new powertrains in one and 1.2-litre displacements.

Peter Schreyer, Kia's chief design officer, said: "In profile, [the] new Picanto features significant sculpting and a very prominent rising character line."

What's more, the motor is set to be officially unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show on March 1st later this year.

This comes after positive news for the brand last month when it picked up the 4x4 Manufacturer of the Year accolade at the Total Off Road magazine 4x4 of the Year awards.
