Van Insurance - New NV400 chassis cab from Nissan

Nissan has announced the unveiling of its new light commercial vehicle (LCV) the NV400 chassis cab at the upcoming CV Show in April.

Running from the 24th to the 26th of the month at the Birmingham NEC, the event will form the perfect backdrop to the company's release, with the vehicle aimed at businesses requiring dropside and tipper vehicles to transport cargo.

Offering 13 distinct variants in both front and rear-wheel drive for buyers, the manufacturer is also providing two engine options of 125 and 150 bhp.

"The CV Show is a great platform to launch our new NV400 chassis cab and remind operators that Nissan has one of the widest LCV ranges on offer in the UK," explained James Douglas, Nissan Motor GB's corporate sales director.

Last month, Nissan announced a significant rise in sales in January, selling 15 per cent more vehicles during the month than it did in January 2011.
