Ford van insurance is the most reliable option for drivers this winter, judging by the results of a new survey.
The annual Fleet News magazine poll ranked the manufacturer as the most dependable for such vehicles – despite overall competition from over one million motors.
Responding to the news, Steve Kimber, the carmaker's UK commercial vehicle director, said that the motor giant has "led the commercial vehicle market for 44 years. Their reliability record is of paramount importance, so I'm delighted by this Ford endorsement from top UK fleets".
Elsewhere, the Transit was heralded as the most reliable van for the third year in succession, while the Transit Connect was ranked third.
As such, van insurance seekers might want to get their hands on such a seemingly popular deal.
Meanwhile, Ford is making a contribution to National Road Safety Week alongside the AA.
It is highlighting the need for motorists to monitor their car's servicing plan, making sure it is kept in top condition.
