Racing fans may be intrigued by news that the Honda NSX has been given a modern makeover in order to enter a number of motoring events.
In news that may interest sports car insurance seekers, the vehicle has been modified by DC Electronics and John Danby Racing.
The motor took part in its first race at Brands Hatch in November, with guest driver Vicki Butler getting behind the wheel.
John Danby, chief engineer of John Danby Racing, commented: The NSX has been an exciting development programme for us. We were encouraged by Vickis success at Brands Hatch, bringing the car home 2nd in class in the 90min race."
As such, news of the model may inspire motorsports fans to watch their favourite racers in action.
Elsewhere, Honda recently confirmed that it will remain committed to British Superbike Championship in 2010.
It pledged to include a strong rider line-up in the Isle of Mann TT and North West 200 road races.
