Fans of classic sportscars could be in for a treat with the announcement that the annual Race Retro event is set to be held again at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire next month.
Running from February 24th to 26th, the weekend's activities are set to include displays of some of the finest classic cars of yesteryear, with visitors set to catch a glimpse of vehicles including the Group C Porsche 956 - the 001 first prototype chassis that was raced in Rothmans livery by Jackie Ickx and Derek Bell.
In addition, attendees will be able to enjoy a showcase of the MGB brand, as the model is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2012.
The news follows an announcement by Porsche that it will be showcasing its latest 911 Carrera model at the upcoming Autosport International 2012 motor show in Birmingham this week.
It will also be debuting the 918 RSR model, which will be making its first appearance in the UK.
