Fast car insurance customers might be happy to hear that two models of Corvette have had their prices adjusted.
The Corvette C6, available as a convertible or coupe, is now starting at £39,999 on the road and the Corvette Z06 can be bought from £54,995.
The manufacturer says these prices, which are a saving of more than 11 per cent compared to previous figures, represent "better value than ever" because the cars combine comfort, performance and driveability.
"Corvette ownership has just become more affordable," the brand said.
Able to reach a top speed of 186 mph, the Z6 has a 6.2-litre V8 engine and can go from zero to 60 mph in 4.3 seconds.
Meanwhile, the "race-bred" Z06 gets to 60 mph from standstill in 3.9 seconds and has a top speed of 198 mph.
Fans will know that the Corvette is a Chevrolet brand and also includes the ZR1 in its product range.
