Fast car insurance customers can now take advantage of new features added to the Aston Martin DBS.
The manufacturer revealed today that various enhancements will now be available with the prestige vehicle, such as a lightweight wheel option, Touchtronic 2 transmission and a new audio system.
DBS drivers can choose the new transmission option, which is designed as an alternative to the current six-speed manual version.
It has been reengineered to complement the DBS' power and performance, Aston Martin said.
The ten-spoke 20-inch forged aluminium wheels come in silver or graphite with diamond-tuned surfaces and an unsprung mass reduction of eight kilograms, while the Bang & Olufsen in-car entertainment system includes ten speaker locations and an "unrivalled audio experience".
Meanwhile, earlier this month Aston Martin confirmed its plans to bring back the Lagonda brand.
Chief executive officer Dr Ulrich Bez said this will enable the company to develop other sports cars with different characters.
