Luxury vehicle manufacturer Aston Martin has announced the unveiling of its new V12 Zagato model at the upcoming Kuwait Concours d' Elegance next month.
The event will be running from February 15th to 18th and will see the company showing off one of the most sought-after vehicles of the coming year for the first time.
Dr Ulrich Bez, chief executive officer of Aston Martin, said: "We are excited to show the new V12 Zagato for the first time in production form at the Kuwait Concours d'Elegance.
"Over 50 years since the introduction of the iconic DB4GT Zagato, Aston Martin and Zagato have collaborated to create this modern interpretation which remains true to the original focus of craftsmanship, performance and exclusivity."
Just 150 V12 Zagatos are set to be built by Aston Martin, making it one of the rarest and most desirable models ever created by the brand. The first customer will receive their order by the end of this year, the company stated.
Based on the classic Aston Martin Vantage model, the Zagato is a hand-crafted vehicle with an aluminium and carbon fibre body and bespoke interior. It offers a 6.0-litre V12 engine, delivering 510 bhp and 570 Nm of torque, making it highly responsive and a pleasure to drive.
Meanwhile, Aston Martin is set to be one of many luxury vehicle manufacturers that will be in attendance at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed, which is taking place from June 28th to July 1st.
Known for being one of the largest motoring parties in the world, visitors are treated to the spectacle of every type of car imaginable, with classic sports coupes from the 1950s and 1960s, all the way through to top Formula 1 cars from recent seasons.
