Motorcycle manufacturer Ducati has announced it is to be in attendance at this week's MCN London Motorcycle Show, with the company unveiling its new headlining 1199 Panigale model.
Unprecedented demand for the new superbike has been witnessed throughout Ducati's dealer network for this new model, with the 1199 Panigale being touted as the model that will be the first in a new generation of superbikes, delivering performance, responsiveness and a level of ride comfort that enthusiasts could previously only dream about.
An array of new features are fitted to the model, including the most powerful twin-cylinder production engine in existence, as well as a number of proprietary features such as the Ducati Traction Control, Ducati Electronic Suspension, Ducati Quick Shift, Engine Braking Control and the new Ride-by-wire.
However, this will not be the only Ducati model on display, as the company is also intent on showcasing an array of its other models for fans during the course of the show.
In addition, Honda will attend the bike show, highlighting 20 years of production for its iconic Fireblade brand.
The Fireblade's heritage will be on display for enthusiastic visitors, ranging from the original CBR900RR back in 1992 through to the latest 2012 CBR1000RR machine. An array of other Honda bikes will have pride of place at the showpiece, including the NC700X - dubbed the most 'innovative middle-weight of the year' - and the newly revised GL1800 Gold Wing.
Other attractions at this year's MCN Motorcycle Show are set to include Revolution - sponsored by Michelin - featuring an array of jaw-dropping stunts carried out live on stage by professional riders.
Furthermore, motorcycle enthusiasts will be able to head along to the MCNLive Stage, which is set to feature a range of activities, including question and answer sessions with the Bolddog FMX team, celebrity interviews, an MCN quiz, fashion shows and much more.
