Bike fans could be drawn to Yamaha off-road event

News that Yamaha is sponsoring the indoor and outdoor adult Off-road Experiences section of the Carole Nash Motorcycle Live showpiece might have caught the attention of bike fans.

The manufacturer has revealed that the spectacle - at Birmingham's NEC - will give visitors a chance to check out a specially-created indoor track.

Riders over the age of 14 - with the minimum height requirements - can get on top of a Yamaha WR250F and take the model for a spin.

The brand will also be organising an outdoor version for those with a passion for off-road competitions.

Regarding the event, Karl Radley of the manufacturer stated that the company is "totally committed to all aspects of off-road and adventure riding, as can be seen in our current model line-up with the introduction of the innovative reverse-cylinder YZ450F motocrosser".

Recently, the brand described its WR250F and WR450F models as "rugged and ultra-reliable".
