Luxury vehicle manufacturer Bentley has announced the opening of a new showroom for its vehicles in Lyon, which could be positive news for those interested in imported cars.
The brand is opening its 33rd European showroom in partnership with SOGESA Group, with the aim of attracting new customers from France's Rhone-Alpes region over the coming years.
Set to be responsible for both sales and after-sales, the new showroom forms part of the company's plans to boost its revenues in the aftermath of the economic downturn, with a focus on boosting in presence in the European marketplace.
Guillaume Chabin, Bentley's regional director for Europe, commented: "Certainly the times are challenging, but the investment is a long-term commitment to the Bentley brand.
"There will always be customers for this level of traditional craftsmanship and innovation."
The opening follows the recent award of a number of accolades to the Bentley brand, including the firm's cementing of its place in the Luxury Association's Top 100 Most Valuable Luxury Brands, as well as the Readers' Choice award for the Most Luxurious vehicle from The Detroit News.
