Important Information.
Performance Direct despatches all documents in 1st Class post within 24 hrs of making your amendment to your policy.
Subject to postal collections you should receive your documents within 4 working days.
Any temporary or permanent changes to your policy will not be effective until we have confirmed that your insurance
company is able to make the change, we have processed the amendment and any charges or changes to your premium have
been settled.
