Classic car insurance customers can see Volvos at new show
26 Sep 2008
Those interested in classic cars and classic car insurance can see a range of Volvos on display this November.
Set to appear at the Classic Motor Show in Birmingham are some "hot classic" models from the manufacturer, which said it will exhibit cars spanning 50 years of design and technology.
Included in the display will be an Amazon 123GT and a "very unusual" 262 Coupe in addition to two 1800s.
All of the cars will be red in colour and Volvo is hoping they will educate visitors about Volvo's history and some models which may be lesser known outside of Sweden.
The Classic Motor Show is set to begin on November 14th at the city's National Exhibition Centre and run until the 16th.
As well as the vehicle, the Volvo Owners Club will be on hand to answer questions from visitors and discuss the company's heritage and history.
Of course, the Volvo Group also manufactures other vehicles such as trucks and buses.
From performance, prestige and modified cars to classic and imported vehicles, vans, motorcycles and scooters, Performance Direct provides value for money insurance cover, often when other companies can't help.
