Vintage vehicle enthusiasts who love everything to do with motoring may not be surprised by the findings of a new study.
RoadTestReports.co.uk analysed the results of the 3,000 auto reviews posted on its website and found most drivers love their cars.
The website discovered 70 per cent of people who completed an assessment of their vehicle awarded it either a four or maximum five-star rating.
In contrast, the number of motorists who indicated they were unhappy with their car was 18 per cent with these individuals issuing one or two-star scores.
Spokeswoman for the online resource Faye Sunderland said the findings of the study show just how attached UK drivers generally are to their vehicles.
"To see so many reports of the pleasure they get out of their cars is really telling of the British penchant for their motors," she commented.
Meanwhile, people with antique autos who would hate to see anything happen to their vintage vehicle that could not be fixed may find a classic car insurance policy provides valuable peace of mind.
