What is Pass Plus?
Pass Plus is a course to help young drivers gain valuable additional driving experience that may not be covered in
driving lessons. It is backed by the Government's Driving Standards Agency and there is no test to take at the end.
Its six modules cover:
- Driving in towns and cities
- Driving in all weather conditions
- Driving at night
- Driving on dual carriageways
At Performance Direct we deal with several insurers who offer up to 30% off your insurance premium if you have completed
Pass Plus course.
In simple terms more driving experience means you're less likely to have an accident, and you are more likely to hang
onto your no claims discount. How much does Pass Plus cost?
Fees for the Pass Plus course will vary depending on where you live and the instructor or driving school you choose.
You should bear in mind that the course will take a minimum of six hours, if more sessions are needed for you to successfully
complete the course, this may add to the cost.
